It is illegal to germinate or grow any of the seeds sold on this website unless it is legal to own and germinate cannabis seeds in the country/region that you live in. Any requests for help or advice with regards to growing marijuana seeds will be ignored. Check out our legal disclaimer for more details.

As we are sure you can understand keeping the exact stock of the 4000+ strains can be a bit difficult.

Now there is no need to worry or miss out anymore! 

We have put in place a new system for the stock checks and now 82% of our stock is checked & updated daily with the remaining 18% checked and updated 3 times a week.

We have now added more details on the exact amount of stock for most seeds that we have available when there are 10 or less packs in stock. 

Once you have selected the pack size you are after, if a number between 1-10 is displayed that is what we have currently available of that pack size.

If there is no number, we have more than 10 available.

Unfortunately due to Brexit some of our breeders aren’t able to ship to the UK at this present time so the following breeders are unavailable until further notice:

By having the new system in place our hope is that you won’t ever be able to order something that is out of stock. 

While we are doing our best to make sure of this, unfortunately we cannot give a 100% guarantee. If you do manage to order something and it ends up being out of stock you have been very unlucky and someone must have purchased the last seeds left before the next stock update!

Should there be any issues with stock we will get in touch immediately and offer multiple options for you to resolve the order.

Yes, we do! We can ship seeds to any country in the world.

Yes! All of our cannabis seeds will be posted in plain air sure envelopes as standard. A random item (such as clothing or a DVD) will be included alongside your cannabis seeds if you choose the additional discreet shipping option at checkout.

All CBD & cannabis seeds are posted with insured, tracked and recorded delivery. In the unfortunate circumstance that a package is misplaced during shipping, we will send out another package.*

WARNING: We cannot take responsibility of the delivery to countries where it is not legal to own cannabis seeds.

*We will send out ONE replacement package per order if the delivery doesn’t make it.

A B Seedy requires contact by phone, post, or e-mail as goods sent back without prior consent from A B Seedy will be sent back at your cost. If you would like to return items brought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however, shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and in their original unopened packaging. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.

There may be some delays in shipping due to coronavirus. We will continue to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (dependent on your chosen shipping options) and we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel.  Payments made by bank transfer are usually instant yet can take up to 24 hours to be processed – the same goes for crypto currencies. Any bank transfer, cash or cheque orders will only be processed and shipped once the funds have cleared in our account.

Yes – all of our orders are sent out with tracked/signed for delivery. We will send you a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your parcels journey! We are always here to help if there are any problems with tracking.

Yes, we only sell cannabis seeds from official breeders in their original packaging.

We will always ship CBD & cannabis seeds within their original breeder packaging unless you have requested otherwise (or if the packaging is too large to fit into one of the discrete shipping options).
