Under Section 6 of the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the UK without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this Section may be imprisoned, fined, or both.

Cultivation of Cannabis Seeds is illegal in many countries, so A B Seedy only offers the sale of Cannabis Seeds as souvenirs and as a means of preserving Cannabis genetics. Information presented on the A B Seedy website and on product packaging is made available for countries that legally permit the cultivation of hemp and cannabis seeds.

  2. A B Seedy is not liable in any way for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against oneself in connection with any use of products ordered from A B Seedy.
  3. A B Seedy reserve the right to cancel any order made by a customer at any time if they feel that the transaction request may be fraudulent, malicious or likely to harm their organisation in any way. All goods remain the property of A B Seedy until payment has been received for them and customers may not insist that A B Seedy honour any erroneous pricing or errors in the product description. 
  4. A B Seedy are not liable or responsible for any packages or postal orders that are held or disregarded by customs / border controls. 
  5. A B Seedy are not responsible nor liable for any additional import fees or shipping charges.

Delivery Policy & Rates

All items sent out are sent using tracked or signed post in discrete plain envelopes.

UK Standard shipping – Free over £15 or £4 if the order is under the £15 total with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.

UK express shipping – £4 with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days.

Extra discrete packaging UK – £18 with the package being sent in a random item (we will always leave it in the original packaging) with an estimated delivery of 1-3 days. 

Rest of world – For all countries outside of the UK a fee of £10 will always be charged for the standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days. The extra discrete option is £20 with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 Working days.

All seeds are posted with insured, tracked and recorded delivery.

WARNING: We cannot take responsibility of the delivery to countries where it is not legal to own cannabis seeds.

Faulty or Damaged Product Policy

In the event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement or refund. Please note you must let us know if you require a replacement within 14 days of receipt, we will not accept any claims for damaged or faulty items which we have not been notified of in this time.  We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us.

Returns Policy

A B Seedy requires contact by phone, post, or e-mail as goods sent back without prior consent from A B Seedy will be sent back at your cost. If you would like to return items brought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will only be made on items returned to us within the time noted above and only if the items returned are in the same condition as when they were delivered.

If an order has been accepted by A B Seedy and the item is not in stock we can offer a refund or exchange the item for something of a similar monetary value.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and in their original unopened packaging. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.

Postal Orders

A B Seedy accepts a range of orders by post.  Simply make your selections and on viewing your shopping cart instead of pressing the Checkout Now button use the print order form option.

With this form please enclose your payment which may be by Cash, or by UK Postal Orders, or by UK Money Order or UK Bankers Draft. We do not accept International Money Orders as it is not possible to process these within the UK, if you are ordering from outside the UK, we only accept Cash or Debit or Credit Cards. Please DO NOT send Money Orders or Cheques drawn on a bank outside of the UK as they may have to be destroyed and you will not receive your order.   Please note we accept cash in GBP pounds sterling, Euros, and US dollars.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE SENDING CASH THIS MUST BE SENT BY A REGISTERED/INSURED TRACKABLE POSTAL SERVICE.

ALL CASH, CHEQUES & POSTAL ORDERS ARE SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
